Aditya Sarda

Aditya is an MBA (Finance) and a CFA charter holder (CFA Institute, USA) with 13 years of work experience. In his last stint as Director at CRISIL Ratings, Aditya was responsible for overlooking the rating of more than 4,000 companies spread across diverse industries and geographies. As a member and chair of the rating committee, Aditya analyzed innumerable companies across manufacturing, infrastructure, education, trading, financial and structured finance sectors. He has a strong analytical prowess and an uncanny ability to identify the underlying issues in a credit. Aditya was also a member of CRISIL’s rating criteria committee and was instrumental in creation and validation of rating criteria. Furthermore, Aditya had been centrally involved in several projects related to regulations for credit rating agencies, change management and cost optimization projects at CRISIL. Prior to joining CRISIL, Aditya worked with Evalueserve on several assignments pertaining to Private Equity, Distressed Assets and Investment Banking.
