Vikram is a Chartered Accountant (CA) with experience of 16 years, of which 13 years have been in the credit rating space with CRISIL. In his last stint as Director (Business Development), CRISIL Ratings, Vikram managed a team of 70+ people spread across North and East India. His leadership skills, team building capabilities and analytical engagement with clients & lenders, led to addition of new clients, retention of existing clients, ramping of newer products and overall improvement in organization revenues. Prior to taking over business development function, Vikram was handling team of analyst in Hyderabad & Kolkata branch of CRISIL. He has hands on experience in managing complex transactions like REIT rating, Resolution Plan Rating, NBFCs etc. Before CRISIL, Vikram was part of boutique equity research firm in Chennai, and project financing team in Essel Mining & Industries Ltd.
