Gautam is an Engineer, post graduate in finance and has cleared all 3 levels of CFA (CFA Institute, USA). In his last stint as Associate Director (CRISIL Ratings), Gautam managed a large analysts’ team and handled complex credits across diverse industries and geographies. Prior to this, Gautam worked with CRISIL’s top leadership to create and implement long term business and strategic plans, improve market competitiveness, enhance productivity and initiate systemic overhaul. Gautam has also in the past managed Business Development function for CRISIL Ratings in Western India; under his leadership CRISIL became a dominant rating agency. Prior to joining CRISIL, Gautam worked with Tata Consultancy Services as Business Analyst.
